USAID IUWASH Tangguh is looking for short term individual consultant for Capacity Building Roadmap for Human Capital Development of Sanitation (In Jakarta)
The objectives to be achieved in this activity is “Development of a Grand Design for Improving Human resources in Sanitation Sector”, in outline the contents include plans on:
1. Development of Training Strategies
2. Mapping and identified of Training materials that needed to develop
3. Increase the number of Training Institutions
4. Capacity Building of Training Institutions
5. Establish a Professional Certification Institution
Required Qualifications and Experience
• At least 10 years of experience in Domestic Wastewater management
• Has extensive experience in developing training strategies and management for Sanitation Sector
• Has experience in developing modules on competency
• He/She has the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
• Able to work independently in supervision / limited facilities in the designated area
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
