This Opportunity:
Palladium is seeking finance and administration experts for the anticipated USAID Indonesia PRIMATA Activity. The project will focus on conserving Indonesia’s orangutan populations through three objectives: 1) Effective implementation of incentives for the co-management of orangutans and their habitat 2) Strengthen local stakeholders’ capacity and commitment for orangutan protection and human-wildlife conflict management 3) Strengthen evidence-based decision making on orangutan population and habitat management.
The Finance and Administration Director will oversee all finance, administrative, human resource, and operational activities of the project and a team of support personnel. This includes developing and overseeing finance and accounting systems that comply with USAID requirements and Palladium practices. In coordination with the COP, s/he will develop annual budgets that are aligned with the project work plan. S/he will also ensure compliance with contractual, USAID/USG, and local requirements for reporting, finance, and administration. S/he will also ensure payroll processes and adherence to local human resources policies.
This position will be based in Jakarta and is contingent upon contract award to Palladium.
